How To Duplicate a Page on Squarespace

by Jeremiah Svaren | Last Updated: May 24, 2021

Cloning a page in Squarespace is pretty simple and a great way to save time when building your website.

The process is very similar for Squarespace versions 7.0 & 7.1.

However, in Squarespace version 7.0, you are unable to duplicate index pages. I know, pretty annoying :/

First, you go into “Pages”, then hover over the page you want to clone. At this point, a little gear icon will pop up, go ahead and click on that. Next, scroll to the bottom of that popup box and you’ll see “Duplicate Page”, click that and boom, you’ve got a copy of that page ready to edit.

Make sure you update all the URL slug, SEO info, and Social image if you are using them!
